New One Pager on the PALA Fit For Life Program for U.S. Programs
May 29, 2012
Special Olympics is promoting the U.S.-focused “Fit For Life” program, which encourages all people to get active five days a week and to eat a healthier diet. The new one-pager covers the program and provides links to related resources.
The program is part of the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA), which is designed to motivate people of all ages to be physically active on a regular basis by participating in activities they enjoy. PALA is one of several programs of the President’s Challenge, the premier program of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sport and Nutrition.
